U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
In April 2009, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service enlisted Threespot to revamp its refuge pages on fws.gov, a complex task requiring delicate alignment between branding needs and Ektron design standards. We tackled the challenge by ensuring a consistent user experience across 587 field stations, balancing diverse needs, and fostering internal consensus among a distributed team. Leveraging our experience with large-scale projects, we developed a scalable system that could adapt to the varying content requirements across different refuges.
