Nina Earley is a diplomatic communicator who specializes in efficiently and transparently managing digital and creative projects for social impact organizations. She coordinates the full project lifecycle of branding, website design, and digital strategy projects, and gets excited about thoughtful project plans and detailed checklists. She is passionate about fully understanding the work that clients do and enabling teams to create impactful solutions that resonate with client audiences.
Prior to Threespot she served as project manager at Ciampa Creative, a boutique creative agency in Boston that focuses on working with non-profit clients, leading distributed, cross-functional teams on website design and marketing communications projects. Over the years she has also served stints as educator, photographer, freelance designer, and artist.
Nina earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Economics from Mount Allison University in Canada, and a Master of Fine Arts from Lesley University in Boston. She grew up in Switzerland, and now calls Maine home. When she’s not working, she volunteers her time as chair of her local commission on cultural development, spends time painting and working on art installations, and explores the coast with her partner and young son.
